Job Purpose
The Pricing Administrator will be working for Online and Retail. The associate will be part of the centralized European pricing team.
The Pricing Administrator will be focusing 90% on his her own cluster and 10% on cross European activities
Responsible for maintaining data and input in our tooling like Competitive Price Management System, The Pricing Engine and other price management tools
 
Responsibilities
Responsibility 1 - 70% of time
•Maintaining groups & ladders, competitive information, user overrides, exceptions and other input.
Responsibility 2 - 30% of time
•Run the pricing engine and do technical outlier checks and validation. Update parameters and other system maintenance on our tools
 
Knowledge, skills & experience
Education and experience:
Preferably, 1-2 years of experience working with economics or in an accounting field of work
Preferably, 1-2 years of experience in pricing (preferably B-to-b, Retail, Online, FMCG)
Bachelor degree in a field related to economics or management.
Expert knowledge of Excel and an interest in technical applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary

Must be very comfortable with repetitive, but also detailed/ accuracy oriented tasks
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as cross-functionally 
Able to multi task, prioritize and work within a matrix organization in a deadline driven environment
knowledge of pricing, cross functional applications and systems interfaces
Analytical skills
Natural inclination and skills on where/how to dig deep on analytical-based questions (e.g. “Knowing where the answer may lie” or “Knowing which areas likely represent the most value to the organization”)
Demonstrates good judgment and provides thorough analysis when making recommendations
Able to represent work and analysis effectively in a clear, logical, and concise manner to Director and members of the organization (e.g. merchandising, marketing)
project management and stakeholder management skills
Result oriented
Essential: Ability to influence and negotiate at various levels
